The Global EverGreening Alliance is hosting the world's largest land restoration programming conference – the Accelerating Nature-based Solutions Conference! We're bringing together land restoration stakeholders from around the world - NGOs, governments, private sectors, technical and scientific experts, journalists, Indigenous leaders and community representatives and many more of the biggest change makers and action-takers in the world!
The conference is all about building relationships and solving problems, making sure we're moving past the talk and towards real action. The conference will provide the opportunity for effective collaboration in a way that is often not possible during remote communications, allowing stakeholders to strategise, plan, and contribute directly to delivering solutions.
This spectacular event will take place next to one of the world's most extraordinary natural wonders – Victoria Falls – where participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Alliance's Restore programmes, including the complementary skills and capacities of implementing partners, community-led planning, and carbon offsetting methodologies and finance. There will be opportunities to go into the field, meet local beneficiaries, take a deep dive into topics such as Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, and learn from technical experts and thought leaders from around the world.
