Communities harnessing natural regeneration in ecological restoration, Case Studies Around the World

This webinar introduces the SER Natural Regeneration Network (SER-NRN) – a new SER section linking members interested in harnessing natural recovery processes in ecological restoration. The speakers will highlight the successful use of natural regeneration approaches in restoration across four continents and a range of ecosystems - including wet tropical forests in Costa Rica, farmlands in the Niger Republic, Ethiopia and Asia, tiger habitats in Southern India and arid rangelands in Australia. A common theme is linking the power of natural regeneration processes with the power of local communities to make a difference.
