This Zoï-OSCE analysis of the challenges and opportunities for transboundary biodiversity monitoring and conservation in the Central Asia-Afghanistan border areas covers ongoing and planned cooperation activities and agreements, and makes recommendations for the consideration of the OSCE, the countries and local communities.
